Two (2) full days (6 hours) in person include but are not limited to an evaluation of ministry effectiveness, an assessment of the rhythm of work and rest within their life and leadership, an interview with the client and their spouse, and other ministry partners, a 360-degree assessment of their life and leadership, and tangible tools and elements for the client to work through.
A full ministry evaluation and SWOT analysis, interviews with staff, interviews with parents and leaders, data analysis, and a detailed strategic plan of development and implementation to ensure proper elements are growing.
